Meet Dr Linda Shallcross, Director

Linda is Director of Workplace Mobbing Australia Pty Ltd and our most experienced expert in organisational behaviour and workplace legislation. Previously, Linda was a senior manager of equity programs in universities and public service departments in Victoria and Queensland, managing complaints of harassment, bullying and discrimination. Linda started this business several years ago following her research into workplace mobbing that led to the award of a PhD.

Meet Ms Summer Bland, Associate Director

Summer is the first point of contact for those seeking our services. She has over 18 years’ experience in program management and creative team leadership, and a proven track record of driving successful people and culture initiatives.

In the last five years, she has transitioned into a role as an organisational development consultant and established herself as a specialist in workplace cultural change in the public and private sectors.

Summer’s areas of expertise include managing psychosocial hazards, preventing and managing workplace psychological injuries, combating workplace bullying, mobbing, harassment and discrimination.

She is a qualified workplace investigator, with a Bachelor of Arts (Political Science) and is currently completing a Graduate Diploma in Psychology.

Consultancies

During the past 20 years, I have undertaken consultancies for several organisations including WorkCover NSW, WorkCover Queensland, WorkCover Tasmania, the Tasmanian and Queensland Industrial Relations Commissions, Universities and the Public Sector and provided research and expert opinion for several law firms on behalf of individual clients.
